Nigeria is a country where corruption is the order of the day. There has never been any election that has been conducted free and fairly. In all general elections conducted so far, election Ballot papers are always snatch by political thugs. Since many days for the thief and and one day for the owner the President has now given the command to the military to shot anyone found snatching ballot papers in the upcoming presidential general election come 23 of February 2019.
